The following report was sent into our website by Terri on April 17, 2009:
“My mom told me of this a few years ago: When I was a toddler maybe 2 or 3, I hated sleeping in my bedroom. I would always go into the hallway and sleep just outside my bedroom door (I don’t remember this being so young). One night my mom was laying in my bed with me (a mattress on the floor) and she woke up to see an older woman in a checkered (lumberjack type) shirt sweeping the floor with a straw broom. She watched the woman for a few minutes before she disappeared. She was a little freaked out and she figures that is the reason I never wanted to sleep in my room…”
