The following report was sent into our website by Tammy on March 7, 2007:
“In 1987 I attended college in Medicine Hat and had a roommate. At first things were very “normal.” Within the first week, I had a terrifying nightmare. In my dream, I had seen a hooded black figure at the end of the bed. When I awoke, I told my roommate about my dream and she said she dreamt the same thing. As the weeks progressed strange things started to happen. At first, the power would go out in just our ROOM!!! The rest of the dorms were fine, just our room was in the dark. Then, the lights would start to flicker in the middle of the night. Once, the cord to the light was even disconnected. Then, we started finding articles of clothing (from a small child) laying in our dorm room. This was very strange because we always LOCKED our doors so how did these articles of clothing get in there?
One day, my roommate was working at her desk and I was coming up the stairs. I could see her sitting at her desk working and I said, “Hi Roomy!” As I approached the door, the door slammed right in my face. I think my nose still hurts! My roommate and I were starting to get really nervous about living in our dorm. We talked to previous roommates of that room and they confessed that they would hold seances in that room because it was the largest room in the building. The previous roommates said that they soon stopped because freaky things started happening to them too. Eventually, I had to get a priest to do some exorcisms to get those spirits out of there. I had to have him come twice because usually, you don’t get them all the first time.”
