The following report was sent into our website by Madey on March 3, 2013:
“When I was young, around 10 years old, I didn’t really think that paranormal things where real. But that changed. I was outside in the little apartment square hanging out with my friends. They left to eat, but I stayed outside waiting for them. The clouds started to clear so I went to the middle of the square. That’s when I saw her. A beautiful woman. She didn’t look much older than my mother at the time. She was wearing a strange outfit, a lace blue dress with a blue umbrella. And her hair was done in a way I had never seen and never have to this day. She was smiling at me, I smiled back. I said hi but she never responded. She waved then disappeared. I ran to my house but didn’t tell my mom. I just went straight to my room to think about what I saw.
Now to this day I still think of that woman. I don’t know why but I can’t get her picture out of my head.”
